01 — How Our Guarantee Works

You have 30 days from delivery date to request a return. To be eligible for our guarantee:

Contact us at support@solenederm.com within 30 days
Product must be purchased from our official website solenaderm.com
One guarantee claim per customer / per order for first unit (prevents abuse)
Return the product, even if empty (we need to verify use)

02 — How to Start a Return

Step 1: Email support@solenederm.com with subject "RETURN - Order #XXXX"
Step 2: Tell us why (helps us improve) + attach photo of product
Step 3: We reply within 12h with return address + RMA number
Step 4: Ship it back and send tracking. Refund issued within 48h after we receive it.

03 — Refunds

Refund amount: Product price only. Original shipping costs (if paid for Express 5-9 days) and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund method: Original payment method (Shopify Payments, PayPal, credit card). It may take 5-10 business days for your bank to show it.

Free Shipping orders: You paid $0 for shipping, so we refund only product price. You are responsible for return shipping cost.

Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. We recommend tracked service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. International returns may take 10-20 days.

04 — Non-Returnable Situations

Request after 30 days from delivery
Product purchased from Amazon, eBay, or other retailers (only official site)
Bundle / BOGO orders: guarantee valid for 1 unit only. Extra units refunded at 50%
Damaged by misuse or not stored properly

05 — Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

Received damaged, defective, or wrong product? Contact us within 7 days with photos. We will send a free replacement immediately with Express 5-9 days shipping at no cost, or full refund - you don't need to return damaged item in this case.

06 — Canceled Orders

You can cancel within 2 hours of ordering for full refund. After 2h, order goes to fulfillment and cannot be canceled, but you can return after delivery using our 30-day guarantee.
