By accessing and purchasing from SoleneDerm (solenederm.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

02 — Products & Descriptions

SoleneDerm Rosé Balm is a cosmetic product containing PDRN (Salmon DNA) and 5% Volufiline. We attempt to be as accurate as possible with descriptions, images, and pricing. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screens. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product.

03 — Pricing & Payments

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payments are processed via secure checkout (Shopify Payments, PayPal, credit/debit card). Your card will be charged at checkout. We use fraud protection and may cancel orders flagged as fraudulent.

04 — Orders & Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock errors, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.

Free Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days (tracked, worldwide).
Express Paid Shipping: 5-9 business days (tracked, calculated at checkout).
All orders are processed within 24-48h Mon-Fri. Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for customs delays, duties, or wrong address provided by customer. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

06 — Returns & 30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Product must be returned (even if empty) and customer is responsible for return shipping. Refund issued for product price only. See Returns Policy for full instructions. To be eligible, product must be purchased from our official website.
