All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends are processed on Monday. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take 12-24h to become active.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your address before ordering. Contact us within 2 hours if you notice an error at support@solenaderm.com. We cannot redirect packages once shipped and are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delays, Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, email us. If marked delivered but not received, please wait 2 business days and check with neighbors / local post. If still not found, contact us within 7 days of delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
